Grilled chili wings

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1.5kg. chicken wings

Marinade

  1. 1 tbs baking powder
  2. 1 tsp salt

Sauce

  1. 4 tbs melted butter
  2. 1 tsp ginger, minced
  3. ½ cup chili sauce
  4. 2 tbs honey
  5. 1½ tbs thin soy sauce
  6. 1 tbs lemongrass, minced
  7. 2 tbs lime juice
  8. 1 tbs brown sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Sprinkle the wings with baking powder and salt and toss to combine
  2. Marinate overnight
  3. Grill the wings, turning then on both sides, until the skins crisp up and brown, about 20-30 minutes
  4. Brush the wings with the sauce and grill for another for 5 minutes
  5. Remove the wings and in a large bowl pour remaining sauce and toss to coat
  6. Dish and serve hot
